How do I book a private transfer?

To complete your booking, you have the option to either do it online or give us a call. Simply provide us with your transfer details, including the meeting point, destination, date, and number of passengers. Once entered, you will be presented with the vehicle options available and the corresponding fixed rate for your transfer. Afterward, fill out your contact information and select your preferred payment method.

How well in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 24h in advance. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings, if there are availabilities. Please call us before booking if the pick-up time is less than 24 hours.

Distance vs. Flat Rate

The flat rate comes with pre-defined pick-up and drop-off locations typically situated in the city center. However, with the distance option, you have the flexibility to select your preferred pick-up and drop-off locations.

What type of vehicles do you offer?

At present, we provide a range of vehicle options to cater to your specific needs. These options include standard vehicles designed to accommodate 1-4 passengers, minibusses suitable for 1-8 passengers, and coaches capable of accommodating up to 60 passengers. Rest assured that all our vehicles are equipped with Air Conditioning and WIFI, ensuring an enjoyable journey.

Which language does the driver speak?

All our drivers can communicate in English at a fluent level. In addition, some drivers speak Finnish, Estonian, Swedish, and Russian.

Will I have to share a car during the transfer?

Your group will have the exclusive privilege of traveling in a privately chartered vehicle, guaranteeing you won’t have to share the transportation with unfamiliar individuals. This distinct advantage allows you to bypass queues, saving valuable time that would otherwise be spent waiting for other passengers. Furthermore, you can enjoy a direct journey to your destination without any unnecessary stops or detours along the way.

How many suitcases or how much luggage can I take on the transfer?

Please keep in mind our luggage policy, which allows for one suitcase per passenger, with a maximum accumulated size of 159cm (75cm + 53cm + 31cm). In the case of a 4-seater car, it is optimal to carry a maximum of 4 cabin bags. However, please note that the trunk of the car cannot accommodate 4 large checked bags. We kindly request that you reserve a vehicle with the appropriate capacity for your group’s needs. Our operators are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction throughout your journey.

What happens if I arrive and cannot locate the driver?

Rest assured that if any unforeseen circumstances arise, you can rely on the 24-hour emergency number provided on your voucher. The emergency number provides guidance to the driver based on your current location. With this support system, we ensure that you receive the necessary assistance to safely and efficiently complete your journey.
